Thanks man! Still haven't made it north to share a cold one with you. Still plan to puddle hop the island and ferry the San Juans. On my bucket list :)

When you are so close to B.C. then there is realy no excuse Henry! You could always help me wire up the canopy of the old 79. Now would that not be fun?!:ylsmoke:

Henry J, what F150 key's did you use? I want to install a set into my suburban, I also just picked up a 2010 Avalanche the other day, I was going to build my F250 but the avalanche is a better suited rig to what we need. I am installing the rough country 3.5" lift, 33 bfg with some type of wheel, extra lighting and cargo items. I am upgrading the stereo to the nav unit, and switching t Sirius from xm using the cross over kit. I was never a huge fan of the av, because it sits like a car in stock form. But after seeing some with some real tires, wheels and lift, they are much better that way.

My keys came out of a 1997 or 1998 Ford F150. There may be other model years that are the same?

I like mine lots :) The versatility is great. Suspension changed in 2007 and I have not kept up with what works the best. Sounds like you have a plan. Let me know how that works out and feel free to post some pics :)
