Just got home from Calico, was a great trip, had a blast (minus the hangover on the way home) .. here are some pics.

Campsite with the new roof top tent. Worked great. Got out one time in the middle of the night to take a leak - sucked.

Oh yeah, here's a shot of all the knuckleheads going to Vegas for New Years.. it was out of control. About a 40 mile back up. Morons taking there cars with DUBS out onto the desert roads getting lost. People standing next to their cars for miles.

Took us 2 hours to get back to camp and we were going the 'opposite' direction!

Interesting thing..
The last night we were camping the Ranger told us that some fellow 4 wheelers found a cave that was transformed into a shrine for Saddam Hussein. Pretty creepy... guess it had pictures, wine, rugs and a metal figure of some type. Needless to say they called the Sheriffs dept. I wanted to go see it but we had no time, plus im sure the Sheriffs had it all taped off by then.

Calico is a very cool trip

That is a very cool photo share dude!

I had a very cool experience out there in the 70's on dirt bikes!

Anyway the shots of Amboy were neat. The Route 66 and creator is a classic.

Very cool - I am jealous.

Hey man, thanks so much! It was almost as good as being there. I'm very grateful.

Was that a MacBook I saw in the field early? I just bought one a week ago and am looking to go away from home in my Jeep TJ with it. This whole area of remote online capability is a major objective of mine. I have much to learn. It's an enormous mystery to me.

Thanks again for the great shots.
