Bacon, like cheese, makes anything better! I make mine about the same as everyone else. Being from Saint Augustine I just have to put some Datil Peppers in though. To me most types of hot sauce just doesn't taste good but Datil Peppers are a little sweet and very hot. Plus they taste good!
