I'm looking for a small band saw that is set up like a chop saw any one have any suggestions.

Not a production tool but for home use Harbor Freight has one for around $200

That, or a Milwaukee Porta-Band depending on how you need/want to use it.

Use-enco.com also carries the Rong **** band saws.

I have a Princess Auto (Canada) 4x6 band saw, identical to the Harbor Freight 4x6 saw. Works great, price is right. If I had to replace it, I would go for the same machine. Thats my two cents..

Here is my 4x6 band saw and my porta-band....
Both great tools. The porta-band is good for making quick cuts, not as precise as the 4x6 and takes a little out of you from muscling it, can get heavy for long drawn out cuts. I plan on modifying the porta-band to adapt to a table setup, making it pivot like a chop saw for quick small stock cuts.
