I too encounter this issue, I think Expedition Portal or something is hijacking the link and using vgilink redirects.
Go to this url: https://squareup.com/store/KCK
If that ends up being a hyperlink, copy the text word for word (do not click the link) and it should bring you there.
It's improperly handing you off to Square's credit card reader. Thats where his shop is setup on, their platform and its' leading you to their home page.

I see the same reader landing page when I click the link posted by kentoe. not sure whats going on there.

EDIT #2 - The direct link also re-directs to the free reader. My link from facebook works, as well as copy pasting the link into the browser. Seems to be related to this forum. Looks like the forum is affiliated with square in some way...perhaps causing a re-direction as though from an ad? I see how frustrating this can be.

Literally just bought the BF-F8HP on Amazon and this will fit that correct? From what I read in your original post it seemed to be the case.
Would you advise spray painting if I didn't want the pure metal look?

IF you break off the tab in the top notch it will fit the thick battery version.
You can spray paint in any color you like.
