Barbour jacket restore

I have a green Barbour oil skin jacket. It has been packed away in my garage for a long time. What do I need to do to bring it back to good?

My wife was a Barbour dealer at one time and she told me it's best to send back to Barbour. I found this, seems like a good deal. $35.00 to reproof a jacket.
