Most people in this thread have bought the ladders from ebay seller infopec. Looks like he does not have any up on ebay at the moment. The ones he sells are gray.

I contacted infopec.

Even though he does not have anything up on ebay, he can still supply them.

Here is his reply when I asked if he was still making them.

from infopec:
Sure...any size you like really. Standards are as follows:

12" x 36"
14" x 35"

12" x 48"
14" x 48"

12" x 60"
14" x 60"

Can ship in a few days - any of the above sizes or custom lengths.

Glad this thread was revived, reminds me I need to buy something to fill in the gaps ☺

I have the same question regarding length, but my sense is that 48" would be better than 36" in most situations, but it will make them harder to pack.

Is there a preference for one length over another? I see he has 36" and 48" listed.

Does anyone know the specs on what capacities these can safely hold? I need to get some bridging ladders, but 110's are heavy. I'm looking at the 60" length.

That piece is four foot long and four inches wide. That one front tire should have around 1500# on it. Somewhere around 30# per square inch. It did flex, as you can see it bowed in the photo. I jumped on the front bumper to bounce it and rolled the truck back and fourth to see if I could break it. No luck. It held up just fine. Once the weight was removed it returned to shape with no bowing. Grip is good. It moved about an inch during the test. The tire was not centered very well and It did not look bad. I did hear some creaking, like stressed fiberglass can do. It was probably the gravel as it moved a little . I could see no deterioration of the material.
My 12" wide mats should spread the load better and be more than enough.

The WLL will decrease as the bridges get longer, but increase as the bridges get wider (more ribs).

Without knowing any of the exact strength specs, if you go with a 60", I feel like you'd need to go with 14" wide at least. I just purchased a 12" x 48". I'd only get a 10" x 48" if I had a samurai or a small Jeep.

I also feel like 48" is the smallest 'usable' length. A 36" long ladder won't help you in many situations that your tire wouldn't already be able to traverse.

with all the talk about the knock off max trax I thought that this may be of use to people, i would love to pick up a set of these, about 48 long and maybe 18 wide. maybe we could get a group buy together if others are interested. I do not see them on e-bay any more.
