Battery, Brake and A/T lights still on

Hello all.

Recently the alternator on my 2000 Mitsubishi Montero died. Before going out the three lights showed up (Battery, Brake and A/T). I rebuilt my oem alternator, recharged the battery and put it back in the car yesterday but these lights remain on. Any tips on how I can I get rid of them?

A scan tool with the ability to erase codes should work.
It is hard to say why they are still on. Do they remain on after the engine starts?

Yes they do stay on. I let the car idle for around 10 minutes after installing and the voltage indicator feature on my radio stayed around 14.2-14.3.

I will scan the computer later and erase to see if that works. Thanks.
