Overall I like the ARB. It has the upside of being a proven, reliable design that's readily available. The only downsides that I have discovered thus far are it's weight and that you have to cut a strip from the top of your OEM bumper in order to fill up some of the gap. I still haven't done that yet but it's on the list as it looks a bit unfinished at the moment.

I'm using Trailhead Tire Deflators and like them. The pressure is set with an allen screw on the end and reliably deflates my tires.

Is it that heavy? For my truck, the ARB was one of the lightest options out there. Companies like Shrockworks had 200+ lb bumpers, while my ARB is like 80 ish.

I've been reading 175lbs for a tacoma arb bumper. Seems high to me but I'm sure it is over 100lb..?

I can't verify the 175lbs as I did not weigh it during installation but I can assure you that it is a very stout bumper. Certainly over 100lbs (hell the mounting bracket itself must have weighed in somewhere between 30-40), but I'm not sure I'd go as high as 175lbs. After all, I was able to install it myself. Either way, if weight is a big concern, the CBI in aluminum sounds like a great fit.

It's funny you ask that as I have been going back and forth recently on how much to build the truck up. It is my daily driver as well, so I don't want to do anything too ridiculous or compromise the reliability as I don't own another vehicle to fall back on. In addition to that, the GF (soon to be wife) is going back to school next year so that will put an additional strain on my finances.
That being said, at this point I think I need to start working on some of the creature comforts to make it a more camping friendly vehicle. The near term plan focuses on getting some recovery equipment (winch, snatch block, tire deflator, spare parts/ohsh!t kit), a better solution for navigation, an awning, on board shower, and a sleeping platform/drawer system. Chances are the build will start to slow down some as the season is upon us to actually get out and enjoy ourselves. Of course if I could get out from underneath the crushing weight that is home maintenance things would certainly go a lot quicker.
I can't give you a good figure for that as I never got the chance to measure the 886s alone, then with the ARB, and then after the skid plates were added. So, no numbers that aren't a WAG, but if perceived suspension behavior is any indication, the 886s were on the firmer side of the spectrum with the bumper alone, have become a bit more lively with the addition of the skid plates, and I anticipate that they will settle right in at the sweet spot with the addition of the winch.
I'm not sure what the spring rate of the 886 coils is but I have to agree with that advice.
Well dang if it's that bad I don't know if I want to go that route.

I'd give the Prinsu rack a B+ so far, though the knock on it may be more related to the choice to get the standard crossbars instead of the heavy duty ones. Admittedly I do have a significant amount of weight up there right now with a Hi-Lift, a full rotopax, a shovel, and a bike rack, but there is most definitely some flex in the bars. It doesn't come close to hitting the roof or anything, but its a bit more than I'm comfortable with. More than likely I'll order a few more HD bars to give the whole assembly a bit more rigidity.
Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to see a Frontrunner in person, so I can't comment on that.
