Yeah, outside of Jericho, right? I was there maybe 15 years ago and maybe my bad memory but I recall the dunes much smaller, maybe deserves another trip
My Aunt in Dallas got more snow than I did this year! We sucked on snow this year. Everything we did get was wet and heavy. I miss my Colorado snow...sigh.
On the other hand, living this close to Moab is a wonderful thing, I really enjoy spending a lot of time down there.
It is amazing to think of people spending thousands of dollars for one trip out here to Moab, and I can go five times in $1000.oo, certainly do not mind living so close to so many beautiful places!
Not to mention the Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone are just a hop skip and a jump from here! I think that everyone should be so lucky as to live in a paradise like this.

You can go through there for a scenic route back to Mexican Hat from Cedar Mesa.

I was going to go to Moab today, but we decided against it. Perhaps next weekend we can get out there. Never the less, next time I go, I am going to spend some time on making sure my photos are nicer than they have been in the past.
