I thought about those seats but I think they're a bit overkill for me. I couldn't really make any worthwhile use out of the recline function because they'd have to be pushed out from the wall so far I think it would become problematic designing a compact mounting system, and I don't think they fold flat.

Yeah, I was halfway kidding about using them, but they look like little lazy-boy chairs and would be so comfortable at the end of the day. Oh well, back to the drawing board...

I have 6 of the Sienna seats in my van... I will confirm that they are very comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable seats I've ever been in. Considering what you get for the price, they are hard to beat as a custom bucket seat.
.
Ujoint's mounts are fairly priced too. I designed those mounts originally and I know that it would be difficult to make them any cheaper without much larger build quantities.

Thanks for the update and yes, Chris's price is fair. I found them for $295.00 on a couple of other sites after I made that post. I spent most of the afternoon going through his thread and website, and he does have some very nice stuff. I have a feeling my bank account is about to take a hit.

I'm wondering though, what is the average price for the seats these days?

I've paid as low as $655/pair with shipping.

Belafonte Reboot....

Are you still stumped on the high idle charger? I took the wiring for mine apart last night and might be able to better help you now. Start by making sure that power and ground (little red wires) are good to both the units.

I was trying to delete the voltage meter since its pointless for me and that just wound up with it being stuck in high idle.

As soon as I restored the voltage indicator box everything functioned normally. There is probably some basic resistor-based circuitry in there which turns the leds on and tells the idler to rev up.

I think power for my idler and amp meter comes from the throttle? I can't remember without coffee.

I am going to do some google-**** and poking around and get back to you later on that. I'm hoping I can switch over. (Not that it will really make a difference)

Hey Tom, did you get the marker lights I sent you? The tracking sheet says the package was delivered on 4/14/14.

Well looks like my unit is only good for a 99-02. You need an idler that matches the injection system. Therefore IDI isn't going to work with DI and the changes in turbos/inter coolers appear to be important too. Bummer!

Tom- I was right when I said power comes from the throttle, or at least that's how it's labeled in my truck.

Crap, I'm out of touch in my own thread.

I'm not sure Pat. If I had you send them to my house, then no, haven't seen it. If I had you send them to my shop, probably so but I havent been there in a couple days. Derrrr on my part. :) I'll check today.

@flight: I got the idle thing worked out a while ago. Nothing more technical than dirty contacts at the throttle control solenoid. Cleaned up and good to go.
