So this time each year I go through all my shoots and travels of the year and pull out some of the best shots to make a best of gallery.

Hopefully more will post some pictures or links as I know there is a ton of talent on this forum. Hundreds of trips were taken and thousands of photos.

This could be a really great thread.

Aaron, I was just looking at this gallery the other day. Your stuff always amazes me and I only see a glimpse of it. I'd say you rocked the heck out of 2009.

My stuff hardly seems worthy of going through, but I'll see if I can find some favorites.

Good stuff Aaron and what a great idea. Looking at 09 in terms of a retrospective was an interesting journey. I don't know if I can put together a "best of," as certain shots stand out to me because of place or time, that, for me anyway, makes it difficult to be be objective. That said here are 10 that I like for one reason or another. I left the family and friends out because of my issues with objectivity, LOL.

Umm....this is gonna be hard. My favorite photograph of the past year is generally the one I take on Dec. 31st. My favorite photograph of the following year is always taken on Jan. 1st. I try to go out shooting on each day to give some finality to the previous year and a good start to the following one. Everything else just seems to meld together...

Very nice work Trevor. I especially like #4 and #9.

I agree on the objectivity part which is why my gallery has so many shots. Just something I do each year kind of recalling the year. To narrow it down to a top ten would be quite difficult.
