Other than eBay/CL where is a good source for a used 2m/144 radio?

Any tips on what to avoid and look out for?

QRZ is good, I've bought and sold gear there. Also http://www.eham.net has a classified section.

I prefer Craigslist or ham swaps for the face-to-face and hand's on, but the ham forums are usually alright.

I picked up a Yaesu 2500M from QRZ for $100.
Good price on a great radio. Ebay was much more and you never know what you are going to get.
