Best way tp patch PVC RTT cover?

I have a small tear in the PVC cover to my RTT. What is the best way to patch it?

I would use an inflatable boat patch. Like the ones you can find at Wally World, West Marine, or many sporting goods stores.

Either a PVC patch or you can usually find duct tape in a color that matches, if you tape both sides it will last a long time.
