Anybody running 285/75R16 BFG MT KM2's on a GEN 3 montero with no lift? If so did you have to trim anything?

You should be fine. You'll have to trim the same amount lifted as stock to fit those tires. Lift doesn't change the suspension travel range. Should just be minor plastic trimming... I was running 255/85s on my truck stock.
