My 5 month-old Scott SUB40 is turning in to a touring bike lookin' for a tour. It's starting to look like I drove it through a Topeak catalog! Bought the 2-L handlebar bag, the adjustable bottle cage, and the lightest, smallest slide-on rear bag (with roll-up saddle bags) sitting on a rack attached to the seat post.
It's light duty for sure, but it getting plenty of action running errands around town. We even do some light grocery shopping with the double-wide kid trailer in tow...gotta leave the kids at home, though, in order to have enough space in the trailer for the food.
The best thing about the Croozer trailer is being able to ride with my baby girls. The 2nd best thing is how much space cars give me when I'm pulling that trailer to the grocery store! ...sans kiddos of course, I promise the kids never see a busy street!
NEXT THING ON THE LIST IS AN OVER-NIGHTER!
