Adam any update on the eos12 stand up? Been monitoring your website and don't see anything. Trying to figure out if one would fit in my garage at 9' 2". Have you put together a complete spec sheet you could share?

Adam is no longer employed by Boreas. I did see some posts on the Facebook group from a new owner, I would try and find that and hit them up for details.

Maggie if you see this please contact me when convenient. You answered a few of my questions via email...thanks but I need to know that exact roofline to ground ( with air bags lowered) and will you guys leave flat roof naked and put a max fan on down slope? This model is the only rig on the market that will work for me in regard to upgrading my beloved Trail Marker.

Have to call out Boreas here as I am baffled at thier lack of communication on the new Boreas eos12 Hardside model. Adam announced it here on EP in June 2025. The first owner got his in September of 2025. This model is really the only rig on the market that I would consider to upgrade from my current Trail Marker. My gripe is Boreas won't answer my questions on a few custom aspects to get this new model in my garage. My guess is the answer is no but for some odd reason they won't give me the answer. I called got voicemail. Received an email that gave vague answers on a few questions but not a simple measurement ground to roofline height with suspension on bump stops. I joined the FB group and tried to get the only owner of this model if he could get this measurement but God bless him all he could say is were guesses and estimates. I had to leave the group because I was feeling like I was posting to much as a non owner in an owners group.

Trying to be helpful regarding the 'will it fit in the garage question' posed by Obsessed. I own a degrading/abused HiLo customized with Cruisemaster Freestyle XT airbag suspension. CM teach to avoid air pressure but instead set the ride height prior to any change in load. They teach a 75 mm gap below the bump stop they provide -- I made a gap stick that allows me to set each side without climbing under the trailer plus separate schrader valves right at each wheel well. I do everything manually to purposely avoid all the complexity that CM tries to sell in AUS (Airbag Man); it's easy however because the gap I use and the schrader for adjustment are in my face when at each wheel.

Hence, you will get 75 mm if use run according to CM specs. I think you can get more, however.

If I needed more squat, I'd make a two-part bump stop: one part is bolted to the CM as normal, but shorter; the other part is removable (a cap) from the bolted part and is removed when max squat is needed at the garage. The total height of the two parts would equal the height of the CM bump stop. Additional squat would not have any negative impacts on the bags -- but explaining myself would take paragraphs that I don't want to write unless there's interest.

CM Airbags change everything -- they are just as important offroad as a tongue that provides 90 degree jackknifing.

Thanks for this I really appreciate it! I may pick your brain some more if I hear from Boreas on the requested roofline height.
