$544 for a 4x8 sheet - is this the going rate for an XPS / FRP bonded panel?
Definitely not cheap material and not meant to be! I have not found a less expensive option without ordering a container, though.

Also wanted to make sure people knew that we sell our rolling chassis as well. We do not do custom chassis, we only sell the ones we put our campers on.

Here is the link to the two chassis that we sell:

The exterior composite is woven FRP and the foam is XPS. 1.8 inches thick and has an R7 insulation value.
(y) Woven FRP is good! Glad to see you getting into this game!

Do you mind sharing the specs on the FRP and foam? The core foam doesn't look like any XPS I've seen.

Also, for anyone who thinks $22/sq ft is expensive, even a 7x7x10' box is only 378 sq ft, or $8,316. Seems pretty reasonable for panels cut to size and ready to go.

Hey Ruff, the XPS is 2.37lb per cubic foot. It is a different color as it is not "branded."

The FRP is woven 2mm.

Thanks for the kind words!

That's heavy foam compared to the typical pink or blue that's available. Are skins gelcoated?

is that skin Fiberglass/Filon? if just woven 2mm. how did you stop print through if just /Filon that just mat and a lot of resin . We have been making our panels for over 15 years and have always used mat next to gel and then woven . by using these panels no faster are easier way to build.

Using woven makes all the difference in the world. .What you save in tools building. To me will pay for the panels. To me, the build goes so fast and easy . No rot to worry about. Makes the trailer cooler and warmer. and any repair can be done at home. if any take a long time to build no warping . Can not say enough good things about building with composite panels they have here

I wish these were available in 2020 before I started building my camper. Who knows, maybe this speeds up version 2?
