Bouncey seats?

What are they and why do I want them? I found a bouncy seat base from a 1990 doge raider. Would it be possible to retrofit to a 1999?

A bouncy seat base acts as tertiary suspension directly under the driver's rear end. You might be able to make a Gen II piece work, but a Gen I piece is unlikely.

I picked up some from a wrecking yard today. are these really worth putting in my 95SR? (they came from a gen II).

Mostly they are used to entertain babies...be careful not to let them wander near any stairways when they are rolling around. When our Son was young he used to enjoy bouncing around in his for hours...

Never mind....thread title gave me a flashback...

Will do. I need to post up my new SR too. I have been on the go allot lately. I did a 30 hour straight day yesterday between working graveyard then hitting a dozen wrecking yards for montero goodies....:bigbossHL:

What could I expect to pay for this "bouncey seat" at the wrecking yard?

Anyone know about this mechanical seat base?
