Bouncey seats?

What are they and why do I want them? I found a bouncy seat base from a 1990 doge raider. Would it be possible to retrofit to a 1999?

A bouncy seat base acts as tertiary suspension directly under the driver's rear end. You might be able to make a Gen II piece work, but a Gen I piece is unlikely.

A good buddy of mine modified his 95SR to allow him to use the gen 1 seat base with the gen 1 seat.

Yes they did however I don't believe you can get the power drivers seat option with them. They are all manual seats.

Did you pick up the seats too? IIRC I don't think they'll work with the SR seats otherwise.

Mostly they are used to entertain babies...be careful not to let them wander near any stairways when they are rolling around. When our Son was young he used to enjoy bouncing around in his for hours...
