I never talk about it on this forum because I've never known any to be into Boating and never thought they thought Boating and Overlanding would go hand in hand, but I'm drooling all over this!

I've been drawing plans for something like this for years now wanting to have a few electric outboards that would run off a bank of batteries that were charged from a roof covered in solar panels.

With a low draft and ease of manuverability, criss crossing the Americas via river systems and intercoastal waterways could be done for almost no money after the intial cost was put up for the boat and motors
