Never understood "canvas" pop ups on a dual axle, high end, hard sided trailer. It seems to be a Southern Hemisphere thing.

It fits in garages that 10ft trailers cannot. The previous owner had the unit in the garage its whole life. Thats a big deal for a lot of people.
