Budbuilt ifs skid as seen in the picture. Comes with the bracket that mounts to the steering rack as well as the hardware to mount it. You re-use the front (3) 12mm bolts from your factory splash pan. It has the (2) 5mm countersunk allen head bolts for the middle 2 holes and the (2) carriage bolts that mount to the steering rack bracket. Has been off-road a few times, but no unusual wear or major dings. I wouldn't recommend installing it onto a truck if your running stock struts up front it adds ~55 pounds. Hasn't been on my truck in probably a year plus (havent been able to wheel). I just sanded the whole thing down and put a few coats of rustoleum hammered black on it, It's wet in the picture from me hosing it down. I would keep it because it's stout as hell but i'm getting rid of my IFS and don't need it anymore.
Absolutely will not ship so don't even ask, a new one from bud would cost you $354+tax depending on where you live. I think 275$ is fair. No 2 frames are the same so I would recommended bringing the truck your going to put it on to make sure all the holes line up. If I'm not busy and in a good mood I might even install it for you. located in southern California, pasadena area.

bud-built says 55lbs, I weighed it on my crummy bathroom scale and it said 60, Im going to go with bud-built being as they ship these things all the time. I have friends and family in long beach and Newport if that helps at all, could possibly bring it down with me
