Building trailer

Howdy guys
I'm new to this forum and have been lurking this site for some time now.
i'm building a trailer that would work for me in Mexico south of Mulege.
I plan on adding a water tank with electric pump for a nice outside shower and fuel tank to fill the fat mule. it will have a propane bottle in front with storage boxes behind that contain a two burner stove with two input lines for a lantern at the front and rear of trailer. I'm really glad i found this site I think this will be very helpful for my new trailer.
The size will be 7ft X 52"wide 4000lb axle with 6 lug on 5 1/2 with 15"X8
running 35" mud terrains. i'll post some pictures as soon as i figure this site
out. Thanks guys. Steve.

If that is box size then yeah it is a decent size. A AT Chaser is bigger if you factor in the water and fuel tanks. The box is roughly 6ft add the water tank, fuel tanks and your are almost at 8ft before the tongue, add about 24 inches of tongue and thats 10ft ball to bumper.

If he is 7ft ball to bumper its actually a really small trailer. In fact that is a shorter ball to bumper size then a M416 (right at 9ft). Honestly any shorter then that and it becomes about impossible to back up.

My little cargo is 6ft box and about 30inches of tongue and I hate backing it and honestly I am not to bad at backing in trailers. I would much rather back up our 22ft Airstream then this little trailer if given the option. I want another 20 inches (and will be adding it too facilitate some cargo boxes and get a better empty tongue weight) and a extendable tongue that will give me another 24 inches when I need it.

When you hit post below the text box is some options. There is a button that says "Manage attachments". Hit that and you should be able to upload.

It will give you a chart with some max sizes. As long as you are under them it should attach.

We have developed an Aluminum support structure to fit the 2200 RTT on a Horizon which has a 4.5 ft lid so it's possible.
