Etching primer?

Etching primer and Krylon semi gloss black.
If you can afford to powder coat or bed line, that's the way to go.

Thanks. Right know I'm really to busy with the day job and side projects to be taking on any more work at the moment, but maybe later this winter if you are still interested. Normal cost would be around $500.
