Camp Chef Propane Burners

Ok. I guess I should be happy to think of fixing our Camp Chef before we are out camping. Its a few years old and no problems with it except it seems like the burners are either off or full on. I wrote Camp Chef but haven't heard back. I have had it apart before for cleaning and such o disassembly isn't a problem.

Anyone know a fix for slowing the burners down? It does get to be annoying. It just cooks too fast for our liking.
