heres my small stove comparison for Iso Butane compressed gas. If you camp in the cooler areas you can get a small adapter for cheap that allows you to run propane canisters as iso butane doesnt put out much heat in cooler temps .

having said that heres some that i use, I did nearly 20 years in the infantry carting everything that matters on my back. I am an avid type outdoors person and have collected a bunch of "smaller sized gear for going out and around with. I have an alcohol stove .. well did I just gave the titanium stove in this video to my sister and have ordered a Trangia knock off for my Zombie Apocalypse stores. The Whisperlight has been a personal favorite for DECADES.
