Camper and Truck Photos

Just purchased this '84 Skamper 072S. This is in great shape, not a crumb in it. Not a perfect fit, but I need to add about 4" to the bed and secure it to the truck. I purchased "D" rings from Dodge and will use turn buckles to secure to bed. Ordering airbags soon. It weighs 1090lb, I may go through it in the future and reduce weight by removing some of the wood and replace with lighter materials.

Sweet Setup! I had an 060S. Great little camper. Took it all over for 2.5 years! Never let me down. Link to my restoration in my sig. Might be some useful info in there as you dig into yours. Also, welcome to the forum. I see that was your first post! :victory:

Colorado High Country

A message from a customer that bought a new FWC from Rocky Mountain Four Wheel Campers in Colorado ...

Thank you for building me a great camper!

Everything works great and I have been enjoying the Colorado high country.

Enclosed are some pictures of Red Cone and Webster Pass.

The wife decided to walk it....thus the pictures.

Hello Frank

Unfortunately I don't know the story behind it.

:(

All I know is that the camper is supposedly a Fleet Hard Top Model on a Land Rover Defender 2.4TDi.

The customer is from New Zealand.

We don't get the cool trucks like that here in the USA.

:(

Nice set up though.

I like it !

:)

Hi Stan,
Wow, that's nice.
Do you have any details on the set-up, please ?
Thanks ! ! !

lost, but making time
Hi Stan !
Well, not all the details, but more than enough, thank you ! ! ! :sombrero:
That it's a Fleet was what I was guessing.
Thanks for confirming it.
That Defender 130 CC would be very nice, too.
However, as you said, there's a lot of cool trucks that we just don't get here :(

Here's a recent one.

What kind of light and bar combo is that on the camper?
