Some pictures from recent trip to Colorado.

Medano Pass

did you guys run the whole thing over into the park too? I was through there last week of September in the power wagon. I hadn’t been over medano since 2018 in my xterra and I had forgotten how tight the brush was on the sand dunes side... CO pinstripe over the AZ pinstripe ?

We came in and out from the park - that campsite was the 2nd or 3rd one after you enter the preserve. Had a few spots where the trees were getting close to the camper sides. I want to go back and run the whole pass but we were short on time. Need to do a trip report - we did Sand Dunes, Mesa Verde, Canyonlands, and Arches in a week from Northeast Kansas.

My 2022 F350 CCLB 7.3L truck. Picked it up about 2 weeks ago and was able to get a 2004 Hallmark Cuchara with a 1 year old roof and insulated top. We have already taken it out for our first ski trip.

We are able to sleep our family of 5. Yes, it is tight but it is really just our meal and sleep area. Days are spent out on the slopes or ice fishing (at least in the winter).
