I love my CL RTT! It's held up very well for me for a number of years. Your $1K price is right about what I paid for mine new (RTT and Annex sans ladder extension). From the pictures you've provided, the tent looks to be in near new condition. If I were you, I'd price the similar version(s) offered by the current lot of importers and price it accordingly.

But is someone is looking for an RTT, they should strongly consider yours.
