Can anybody with Photoshop help me out real quick?

My father's birthday is tomorrow, and I wanted to give him a picture. But the picture has a green blot from the sun, and I wanted to get that taken out before I print and frame it. I don't have Photoshop, nor would I even know how to go about doing that. If you have a few minutes, would you mind looking at it for me? Either post in this thread or PM me, and I will send the file to you.
