Looks kinda neat. Found it looking for a utility flatbed locally for my father. (He's internet-deficient).

Anyway, looks interesting, and was wondering if anyone knows what it is/who makes it?

Do a websearch for motorcycle cargo trailer. There are a lot shaped like this. Basically a small trailer frame, add small enclosed roof cargo box, usually 8" rims, 1-7/8" ball and a very low to the ground. The MC hitch point is usually 12" at the top of their ball.

I haven't seen a box that size on a trailer frame. There is a little writing on the 3rd pic but I don't have a way of 'zooming' in on the pic. You could always send an email to the seller, though you are not local. He may or not respond to it.
