Thanks so much guys!! We have plans of building a Ford Superduty expo rig later this spring...If you like our Ram....you're going to love what I have in store for the Ford.

Shane...you are right - these trucks are amazing, when put together with the right goods. I call it my big jeep :D

Nicely done! How would this setup compare to the RAM Runner which hasn't done well against the Raptor- which admittedly I'm a huge fan. However, I've also liked the Power Wagons...which is a very different truck from the Raptor (or the Ram Runner) but probably fits closer with the ExPo style.

This is a much different truck than the raptor or ram runner. IMO...it is much more versatile. It would outperform both those rigs set-up with full ExPo gear....and haul a 12,000lb trailer when it needs too. On our November Baja trip - we were hammering 1-2 foot whoops at 40+ mph loaded with everything as you see in the pics (800+ lbs in the bed). It is truly an amazing performer. The diesel is an added bonus too:)

That Unchained system is CRAZINESS!!! (in a good way) I have merely 2.5" Carli Kings and I can tell they want to go faster over whoops than I do, LOL!
(I have a 2012 Power Wagon, I don't have the 87 GMC Jimmy of my username anymore)

Bump.

Kevin, thought you might want to see our next victim, erm, project. The bed cage plan's a bit different than yours but should accomplish similar goals. :wings:

Waiting to hear back on the whole Star-Case issue Chrysler's talking about with the 1500's popping upper balljoint's when running a 2-2.5" spacer lift. Do we need to be wary of similar w/ shocks turned out? Any experience or feedback you got on this? Feel free to pm a reply.

So what would it take to replicate that suspension setup on my 13 (2500, so same suspension as your 12)? Very awesome rig.

It would be easy to replicate at this point!! Feel free to give me a call at the shop and I can help you out with planning, parts, etc...

Kevin,

Who did your bed cage / tent rack? Looking for something similar for my Raptor and I'm hoping to find someone local in / around Calgary. Great looking truck!

Myself and a fab/welder buddy of mine designed and built it. I'm sure we could get something figured out for your Raptor!!
