Another vote for the Softopper. Had mine for about a year. No leaks except around the front edges where it doesn't fit snug but a little foam sticky backed insulation will seal it up nicely. Very stable at highway speeds - I have never seen or heard it flop around.
Also very nice people to work with - quick to respond to questions by phone and email.
