We love the our 10" OXO Carbon Steel Fry Pan, it heats up fast, all you need is medium heat start & finish with low heat. NO more non stick Teflon cookware. It's carbon steel & stainless (Fire Maple).
I'm going to have to check into GOSO Cookware.
