Cast iron stove? Convert to disposable fuel?

I'm considering picking up one of these cast iron camp stoves for home and camp use (would use at home for heating oil for deep frying Portuguese donuts - malasadas).

Can these be converted to use coleman type disposable fuel bottles?

Any opinions on these stoves over all?

If it runs on propane, it can be fed from a disposable bottle. It's just a matter of feeding it the proper pressure. The pressure in a disposable bottle will be the same as in a bulk tank, so if it requires a regulator with a bulk tank, it will also need one with a disposable bottle. If it runs on tank pressure, it will be simpler. No regulator required.

My guess is it's going to need regulated pressure.

These stoves put out a lot of heat, but have no windbreak thus are best for use in a protected environment. They require a regulator so cannot be run directly from a disposable bottle. However, adaptors are available.
