Just an update for those that might want to tag along.

Meet location: The Chevron (I think it's still a Chevron) at Vista Blvd and I80. The last exit before you are leaving Sparks, NV.

Time: Meet at 8:00am with a departure time no later than 8:30am.

I agree, I know a lot of people will be at cruise moab, so kind of bad timing on my part, but it worked for us.
