surprised I dont with as out of date as everything was already when it was brand new, nobody had bought a cassette tape in 8 years when my Jeep was built, as is standard @ Chrysler.. but in its defense, at least CD's sucked when wheeling.. but that was not an intentional feature.

Thieves still brand new most technologically advanced vehicles without a problem,
If they wanna still wheels that security lock Absolutely doesn’t stop them
On the overland vehicle there are a lot of other valuable and venerable items as well.

I am thinking if a vehicle is being pulled from the side using that hook, the impact can move the reinforcement bar, that’s considered side accident impact, it may deploy the airbag?
with those new cars that have airbags all over, you never know what can happen.
