EPO thank you sir. You are a gentleman and a Saint. I didn't want to pull the Abi card but that ramp door access and wet bath were instrumental in why we choose the Trail Marker and also why the mini toyhauler/ cargo trailer looking Rigs were the only option.

That said this string is about this guy an Oregontrd journey and I got a bit critical and really deserved his response.

We all love our trailers and it is hard to take criticism. After pounding a 9 % ipa I feel bad I was so critical.

We all have a different mission for our rigs. Your's fits your own needs, whatever they are, and I am sure you, your wife and you child enjoy it. We enjoy ours and we have no regrets or complaints.

I Just can't understand your constant desire to try and make someone doubt or question their purchase that fits their mission. I would hope that was not your experience when you purchased your rig.

I don't think I was critical from the jump but just really feel like we should all support US/CA manufacturing as much as possible. Anyway are you a different person from Oregonrtd ?

If it's Made In America or Made Overseas so be it.

We Americans did it to ourselves by allowing the downfall of the quality in American manufactured goods beginning in the 1970's and continues in many instances to this day. It's the availability of better quality products at a better price point that are made in other countries that made American manufacturers understand they had to up the quality of their goods and service. Some American manufactures get it and others do not.

VERY FEW American manufacturers are still on the Made in America bandwagon and make all their products in the USA. Kudos to those that continue to do so!

Most American brands buy their products/supplies offshore and put an Assembled In American sticker on it whatever that means OR they have all their products totally made offshore with their brand name plastered on their products they buy totally manufactured offshore.

In today's world it's hard to buy Totally American Made Products as they rarely if ever exist in the product you are looking to buy.

That "Buy American" bandwagon sank in the Sea Of Quality many years ago!

Buy the best item that fits your needs, quality requirements and budget regardless of the country of origin!

It's the American Way!

Great points and yes it is silly to think any American built trailer is totally US made.

It just my preference not to go the Chinese made route when there are option in the US and Canada but to each his own

I have a couple more questions. Can you completely remove that center table, column and all? I have a couple of really heavy fat tire E-Bikes (80ish pounds each) that I currently fit inside my Taxa Tigermoth. I can keep all the tires on both bikes and just unscrew the pedals. It's a super tight fit considering how small the TM is, but being able to haul them inside my trailer has been great. I can't really find a spot on the NJStar that looks like it could haul 2 heavy e-bikes. Maybe if that table is removed? Or do you think the interior just too small for that?

We just bought 2 ouselves. With the table down and the front wheel off the bikes they can fit in the bed area no problem.

I would not remove the table on my rig, but you could special order it so you could remove it easy. We put the table down and put the bikes on top of that area. It can hold the weight. Wheels on is a whole other story. You can get them to mount a rack where the front box usually goes to fit 2 bikes, but you lose the front box.

Haven’t had a chance to see an MDC trailer in person but judging from all the pics in videos I would say the are run of the mill quality wise.

In regards to the NJStar trailer, I can confidently say there is nothing in this price range (or any price range for this size trailer) that has this level quality of an interior. The fit and finish is next level. Every detail was considered. There is no unlined surface, the ceiling is upholstered, walls upholstered. All the tent canvas is double layers with a padded insulating layer. They felt lined the inside of every cabinet. Even the floor behind the interior refrigerator has the real teakwood floor even despite it being a surface you never see.

Hey Oregon just checking to see how your trailer is holding up. I have been following Runmorun and it looks like njstar is doing great with warranty on the few issues he has had ( like we all do). Hope you have been getting out.

Oh yea, and bigfoot too, Oliver is nice but bit small for me, I like Bigfoot, but its $100k CAD + taxes, I figure if I'm going to spend that much on essentially box on utility trailer, I'd like something I want, an Airstream Tradewind 25ft is almost $185k CAD + taxes, which is insane in my book.

Ideally would like 25ft-ish box that's full width, with dinette in the back and bedroom front, no slide out, I've got 960AH of batteries already.

And run all the Truma 12v a/c and furnace tankless waterheater, we love how efficient they are

Don't need cruisemaster suspension, or run 35" tires, I think 10-12" ground clearance is more than enough to clear most places.

I am super interested in seeing what NJSTAR can offer that big of rig. Only wanting 10+ inches of ground clearance doesn't seems like anything most off road builder could do. Not sure how thier suspension works but on Timbrens that's a drop 4" spindle. Normally I I would say if that's all the ground clearance you need why pay the off road trailer mark up but there is no mark up with the NJSTAR
