What kind of gopher is that??

It's a special subspecies. Fearless, tireless and can actually navigate...and the best part, very well behaved!

I really wish I could have brought my son, these two would have had a great time.

That is a great one!! Not all pictures should be of rigs and trails.

OK...better late than never. What a fantastic trip and a great group of people! Dinner was great, the live entertainment was unbelievable and I would explore with anybody that was on the trip, anytime.
Likewise, lets get out soon. Leavitt Lake this summer!

Bring him on the next one!

Looks like a great trip, definitely one I'd like to be part of in the future.

Where is this taken at?

That is Papoose Flats and would have been shot from up somewhere in our camp area while looking south.

Brit55's full sized van conversion went through the main trail from Mazourka without any problems.

Fun trip...possible return in the Fall?

Thread necromancer alert!!!

Funny that you should mention it! I just completed a quick scouting trip a few weeks ago and have a number of hikes that I want to undertake to look at some old mining activities. I need to get some pictures up on the blog ASAP.
