The 28mph top speed is artificially regulated to satisfy silly US legalities. You can buy tuning chips that allow it to go ~80 mph.

You can also buy lifts, suspension upgrades, big tires and all sorts of offroad goodies. And spare parts are even included which is nice! If I had 40' land yacht, it would make more sense to tow one of these around rather than a SxS.
