I posted that thing a while back, looks like he has dropped the price. I also have a buddy in SD that is importing FJs, he has another one just like this for around $15k (refurbished) has a couple of troopies too if anyone is interested.

I have an email address if anyone wants to PM me. I guess the way it works is he has a list of people that are interested and when he gets a rig he sends out an email to everyone with pictures and prices. I'm trying to get him to become a member here so keep an eye out.
