Actually parts are readily available, it's an Oshkosh, Wisconsin built.

Alvis Stalwart?
It'd make an interesting moose recovery vehicle or a service vehicle for a construction company doing projects on islands.
I'd imagine that parts are available in the UK but I'm not sure about North America.

Looks like an Alvis stalwart. Friend had one, pretty cool but if I remember correctly it has no diffs so if you drive it on tarmac you have to bounce it on the kerb every few miles to let the tension out. It was quite easy to drive but daft fuel consumption
