Clone of ARB Intensity LED Driving Light/Light Force 250!

I have been running a combo spot/flood 24 inch LED light bar on the front end of my Discovery 2 for some time but recently fell in love with the new 9 inch round ARB Intensity LED lights. The one problem I am not in love with their price tag at near $700 each. after reading through this thread about the “look alike” aka ” Knock off” 9 inch round LEDs that are on E-Bay and various online stores. it seemed people where very happy with them. The $250 price tag for a set of the “look a Likes” was by far more than I have ever paid for lights but a fraction of the price for the ARB’s. I know ..I Know ..If your a purist or a hard core anti-Chinese made guy these aren’t for you but I figured what the heck!

My new knock off lights arrived several hours ago and I already have them installed. I am pretty impressed so far with the fit and finish of these lights.

I decided to run one spot and one flood for the best coverage. I’m sure with 180W of LED light they will be more than ample for the trails.

Quick impressions of these lights:
Insane amount of light in immediate front, sloppy optics throw the light all over the place past that. I haven't taken a beam shot or anything yet as I've only had the lights installed for a couple weeks now.

Have taken them thru several washes, rain, snow, no failures (yet). Build quality is pretty impressive, lights came with no instructions but no worries, hooked it up to the SPOD with no drama. I'll bump this thread in the future. I am looking into a 10" lightbar to mount on top my bumper for a spot light, and then I'll be totally totally totally satisfied with my setup..

CodyY I am coming to the dark side soon. ha ha. Im installing a set of the 6.5 canons on my jeep, plus a 10" or so xmitter in 40 deg beam. After talking to vision x and doing some research I should put out a bloody big long wall of light.

Nice! I'm a big fan of VisionX. I feel like they have a great product and get lost in the marketing of the other big brands

Yep, Much better than rigid, and on par with Baja designs. THe 6" light canon should get me my light I want up the road, and the bar under them should fill in close nicely. I think I am going with the 4.5" canons with a bar in the center on my mazda 5 too. might as well give that some good lighting.

I've got a pair of 4.5" Light Cannons for distance on my JK, teamed with a pair of 40W Aurora floods......impressive amount of usable light with little current draw coupled with small profile. :)

I want the 6.5" to replace my hella 500 on my light bar, 4 " would look to small there. The light bar will fit where my 450s are mounted to my bumper.

I haven't really done a serious look into these at night yet (Maybe the guys can help me test them out on the Maine Trains trip at the end of next month) but they have spent a Northeast winter on the front of my vehicle and the only problem I have seen is with the cheap stock hardware rusting.
