coax tape recommendation?

I'm looking for some good sturdy tape to hold my antenna wire to a body panel. Does anyone have a recommendation for this? I mean other than duct tape?

You may want to try an industrial application filament tape like those found here.

They also carry industrial duct tapes. Not the stuff you find at Pep Boys!
