Here are lots of pictures on a '04 tacoma with 3/16th plate welded on the sides and quickfists for the axe and shovel. To test it I threw about 200 lbs of firewood wood up there and was surprised to see there was very little flex in the basket, I was expecting much more to be honest. I would have no problem putting water/gas up there aside from the obvious center of gravity rise. I couldn't be happier with it and I even paid $75 instead of $60!
I've already have a set of the thule artificial gutters on order, another set of feet and two more cross bars. Just the weight of my hi-lift cracked the fiberglass in one spot. I won't add any weight until I get the new loadbars and metal gutters. I want two load bars over the cab, and two on the cap.
