Finally got the double doors cut off. Knapheide builds a quality product, tough to cut out. Started framing to make one horizontal door above tailgate. Still have to cut off about 3 inches door and install some kind of hinge setup.

Someone asked I share this with you all here. This is my first build, so all you pro's here, go easy on me please! lol

Started this build 1 year ago, with nothing more than a stack of 2"x3" tube. Been doing a little at a time after hours and weekends non stop it seems. Very much still a work in progress, approaching 2000 hours invested, with about 90% done with the exterior, and will be doing the interior over the winter. Personal deadline is May 2019 for a cross country tip to do the White Rim Trail in UT, plus whatever else I can squeeze in on that trip.

Planning some kind of slide out. Not sure if I will go commercial or build my own. Finally got all the holes plugged in floor, at least 40 of them.

got the trailer home today from powdercoat time for me to get to work on wiring / decking / whatever other stuff i end up doing. Dogs arent to pleased i've taken up their loafing around space but **** those thumbless idiots they arent paying rent.
