I purchased a truck that the previous owner had this frame fabricated for his overland camper.
The aluminum is 6061-T6. Most of it is 1/4" 2x3" channel, outsides are 5/16" 3x5" channel and the decking to fit is all 1/4" diamond plate. There is also some 1/4" 2x3 rectangular tubing for longitudinal members.

The costs of the material for all of this is near 10k.
Make me an offer.
I am located in Northern California

Extruded bar from reputable suppliers is about $3/lb (US$). Having a hard time believing the materials cost. Who did you procure the Aluminum from?

Is that an Isuzu? Been considering similar. Do you have additional photos of the overall rig?
