I’m selling my custom home built trailer modeled after the classic M416 military trailer. This is NOT a M416 trailer, just new and built off of its original design. The trailer was finished a little over 1.5 years ago and I have only used it on mild Boy Scout campouts roughly 8 times. Simply selling to make room as I have too much stuff.
Heavy duty custom built frame with single solid axel (no brakes) with Toyota FJ40 springs. Custom steel tub was painted with 2 coats of automotive grade epoxy based primer and 3 coats of high quality single stage Urethane, color matched to 2021 Jeep Stingray gray.
Entire inside of tub, fenders, top/bottom of lid professionally Line X’ed for durability. Brand new 2021 TRD Pro Tacoma wheels w/ new tires. Retrofitted LED original m416 tail lights wired to 7 pin harness, 2 Extended length stabilizer jacks in rear with heavy duty extended dual wheeled rolling tongue jack. Telescoping tongue w/ pivoting Pintle ring. Access equipment stored in trailer through the drop tailgate or open the top cover easily with assist of gas struts.
Optional, brand new 2-person Smittybilt Overlander Roof Top Tent w/ LED interior 12v lighting and rain fly can be included at additional cost if buyer chooses.
Titled as a home built trailer in Missouri with an assigned VIN provided by the Missouri Department of Transportation. Sadly I do not know the weight of the trailer but I can easily move it around my garage single handedly if empty.
