At one point I had hoped we would somehow avoid another nasty fire/smoke year.

So much for that.... a bit more than 6 months of use, and our air quality index getting worse by the day, I figured it was time for a filter swap.
And to say it again.... this is easily one of the top mods Ive done to this truck. Beyond happy with how well it performs.

Like this a ton. Makes me wonder if with a boost a pump to up the voltage, if you would gain back your flow rate, and still have the hepa quality filtration. Generally those fans are 12-24v motors. So it would be fine with extra voltage.

That's a curious thought. I may look into that...

'nother update. I cannot say how much I appreciate this mod.

Last week we took a 5-day trip into the Payette National Forest north of McCall Idaho.
The southern end that we passed thru had an active prescribed fire in process.

We rolled right thru without even smelling the smoke.
